Terms & Conditions
- Each band or solo artist must have at least one original recorded song. Video will be plus point.
- A DVD or CD submitted by bands, solo artists, Director & DJs should have all the material related to bands which is audio songs, video (if any), pictures, band introduction, contact information of each member of the band with the name, post and contact no’s, website (if any), performance videos (if any), achievements (if any).
- Specify your category in which you want to apply. You can choose more than one category.
- If the band is outside Lahore, they will have to manage to send their portfolio on their own and maintain follow up on it that it is with the management. Surkul Production will not be responsible of any loss of their portfolio and your entry will not be marked.
- Bands from other than Lahore, if nominated will have to bear the cost of their travel on the day of final award show. Surkul production will not accommodate anyone. It will not be necessary for the band to come with all members; one or two people can represent their band.
- All the prizes and gifts are divided in different categories and will be given equally to every winner, No winner can claim for everything accept what they have won.
- Each Band/Artist has to pay 1000 RS for participation in award show. No submission will be processed without the 1000 RS non-refundable entry fee.
- No Submission will be processed without proper documentation.
- On completion of your demo CD/DVD, send it to Surkul Productions/PMR office or hand it over to any authorized member of Surkul Production/PMR.
By accepting these terms & conditions, you are guaranteeing that:
- Your recordings and your lyrics are original; they are created by you and do not contain any un-cleared samples or excerpts from the material of others, and do not infringe on the rights of others and is not subject to any litigation.
- Your music obeys all content laws (e.g. not abusive, defamatory, and does not violate any laws or statutes).
- You give Surkul Productions full permission to use your music on a non-exclusive/exclusive basis with no payment to you. You will retain full ownership of your recordings while granting us certain non-exclusive rights to use it online for your promotion.
- Surkul Productions has the right to allow access to third parties to listen to your music via downloadable technologies.
- The material that you are submitting to Surkul Productions/PMR contains no viruses.
- Surkul Productions will not be held liable for any claims, demands, losses, expenses, costs, or liabilities which you or your heirs may have in conjunction with your participation in this submission process.
